Shandong Yellow Triangle Environmental Protection Science and Technology Industrial Park is a state-owned holding enterprise jointly funded by Shandong Development Investment Group, Dezhou City, Leling City Financial Guidance Fund and Dezhou Baiquan Water Science and Technology Co., Ltd, jointly with the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Seawater Utilization Engineering Technology Research Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the China University of Petroleum (East China) Science and Technology Research Institute, China Membrane Industry Association, Dezhou University, etc. The main construction contents include the project of reverse osmosis membrane scale inhibitor and bactericide with an annual output of 50,000 tons of seawater and brackish water desalination. Annual output of 100,000 tons of bio-enzyme project; New materials for soil remediation project with an annual output of 150,000 tons; National Membrane System Operation and Maintenance Science and Technology Innovation Center; National Bioenzyme Industrialization Innovation Platform, National Carbon Reduction Efficiency Reduction and Wastewater Solid Steam/Gas Treatment and Resource Utilization Technology Center.
