1. In membrane scale inhibitors, the team has its own invention patent products, and has developed and synthesized 12 varieties of two series of organic phosphine and polymer. In terms of fungicides, it has developed two categories, which can be comparable to the products of Dow DuPont, PWT, Suez, Ecolab, GE, British Biowater, Boreal, Kurita and other companies in the United States, and even exceed the products of foreign companies. Tianjin Seawater Desalination Research Institute has conducted relevant comparative tests, and our company's products have a higher scale inhibition rate.
2. Developed and synthesized products that are compatible with zinc salts and resistant to high temperatures, which are comparable to or even exceed the main products of foreign companies in circulating water applications.
3. At present, almost all large-scale circulating water treatment systems require the addition of acid in water treatment processes, and there are safety hazards in the operation and storage of sulfuric acid. Our technical process does not require sulfuric acid, and can also ensure that the calcium + alkalinity reaches 2400mg/L, which is entirely due to our company's efficient scale inhibitor products and scientific operation and maintenance technology.
4. The effect of the developed and synthesized fungicide is 5 times that of the commonly used 1227, and is mainly used for oil field reinjection water. We have developed and synthesized a high-chlorine-resistant (more than 20,000 ppm) agent, which is suitable for systems where seawater is used as circulating water, refineries, and fertilizer plants.
5. The pre-filming agent developed does not require acid-base pH adjustment, does not require large-scale drainage and replenishment, saves water and agents, is simple and convenient to operate, and many systems can achieve non-stop processing and switching, with good treatment effects.
