SDBQ-201 is an alkaline cleaner specially designed to remove organic matter, sludge and other microbial residues attached to reverse osmosis membrane elements. SDBQ-201 efficient at room temperature; suitable for membranes of all polyamide, polysulfone and membrane components; suitable for use from 15°C up to the maximum temperature recommend by the membrane manufacturer.

Cleaning Guide
Check the cleaning tank, pipeline and security filter. Replace the filter element with a new one.
Add the reverse osmosis produced water to the cleaning tank.
Pour an appropriate amount of SDBQ-201, with a mixer or cleaning pump circulation solution, adjusted to the cleaning requirements of the PH value.
The solution may be heated to enhance the cleaning effect.
Do not exceed the film manufacturer's temperature limit.
Circulate the solution in the same direction from the incoming water at a flow rate recommend by the membrane manufacturer or system manufacturer.
In case of serious fouling, the initial return flow (15% of the volume of the cleaning tank) should be drained to prevent the removed solids from depositing again.
In a multi-stage system, it is better if each stage is cleaned separately.
If the solution becomes cloudy or discolored during cleaning, it should be drained. A new solution should be prepared before cleaning each stage of the system.
The system should be thoroughly cleaned with produced water before restarting.
Packaging and storage
Plastic drum packaging, 25kg per barrel or according to user needs to determine. Store in a cool indoor place for 12 months.
Security
This product is alkaline, should avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing, once splashed on the body, should immediately rinse with plenty of water.
