The SDBQ-103 is mainly developed for seawater desalination membrane. It is an efficient, non-toxic and non-polluting scale inhibitor. It is particularly effective in controlling the deposition of inorganic salt scale on the surface of the membrane. It can efficiently prevent barium and strontium from scaling. Compatible with all major reverse osmosis membranes.

Application and Dosage
SDBQ-103 is an acidic organic polymer and should be used with preservative dosing equipment.
SDBQ-103 may be miscible with water in any proportion. It can be applied in the form of a pure product or in the form of an aqueous solution. The minimum dosing solution concentration is recommend to be 10%.
SDBQ-103 should be added continuously and in proportion to the influent flow rate to maintain the recommend dosage level.
The dosage of the SDBQ-103 required is related to the quality of the influent water and the saturation index of the various scaling components present in the concentrated brine.
SDBQ-103 (only) can be diluted with RO produced water and shall comply with the following requirements:
(1) the application of reverse osmosis production water dilution.
(2) reconfigure the scale inhibitor solution every 3 to 5 days.
(3) Before re-adding the agent, check the daily dosage storage container of scale inhibitor, and if necessary, clean the storage container before adding.
(4) usually 3 times the dilution ratio column, if you need to use more than 10 times the dilution ratio, you should pay special attention to the state of the scale inhibitor storage container (clean degree), and every 1 to 3 days to reconfigure the solution.
Packaging and storage
Plastic drum packaging, 25kg per barrel or according to user needs to determine. Store in a cool indoor place for 12 months.
Safety protection
This product is acidic, should avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing, once splashed on the body, should immediately rinse with plenty of water.
