SDBQ-102 is a water-soluble polymer and a new type of green and efficient scale inhibitor. It is particularly effective in controlling the deposition of carbonate scale, sulfate scale and silicate scale on the membrane surface. Compatible with all major reverse osmosis membranes. Environmentally friendly, fully biodegradable.

Application and Dosage
When the SDBQ-102 is applied to surface water and reclaimed water, the dosage is 0.3~0.5mg/L.
Preservative dosing equipment should SDBQ-102 be used.
SDBQ-102 may be miscible with water in any proportion. It can be applied in the form of a pure product or in the form of an aqueous solution. The minimum dosing solution concentration was recommend to be 1%.
SDBQ-102 should be added continuously and in proportion to the influent flow rate to maintain the recommend dosage level. The dosage of the SDBQ-102 required is related to the quality of the influent water and the saturation index of the various scaling components present in the concentrated brine.
SDBQ-102 (only) can be diluted with RO produced water and shall comply with the following requirements:
(1) the application of reverse osmosis production water dilution.
(2) reconfigure the scale inhibitor solution every 3 to 5 days.
(3) Before re-adding the agent, check the daily dosage storage container of scale inhibitor, and if necessary, clean the storage container before adding.
(4) usually 30 times dilution ratio column, if you need to use more than 100 times the dilution ratio, you should pay special attention to the state of the scale inhibitor storage container (clean degree), and every 1 to 3 days to reconfigure the solution.
Packaging and storage
Plastic drum packaging, 25kg per barrel or according to user needs to determine. Store in a cool indoor place for 12 months.
Safety protection
This product is acidic, should avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing, once splashed on the body, should immediately rinse with plenty of water.
