SDBQ-101 is a non-polymeric inorganic scale inhibitor, which is particularly effective in controlling the deposition of various inorganic salt scales on the membrane surface, and does not react with cationic flocculants; it is effective in controlling the deposition of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate on the membrane surface under the conditions of economic operation; it is compatible with all major reverse osmosis membranes; and chlorine has good compatibility.

Application and Dosage
When the SDBQ-101 is applied to surface water and reclaimed water, the dosage is 0.3~0.5mg/L.
Preservative dosing equipment should SDBQ-101 be used.
SDBQ-101 may be miscible with water in any proportion. It can be applied in the form of a pure product or in the form of an aqueous solution. The minimum dosing solution concentration was recommend to be 1%.
SDBQ-101 should be added continuously and in proportion to the influent flow rate to maintain the recommend dosage level.
The dosage of the SDBQ-101 required is related to the quality of the influent water and the saturation index of the various scaling components present in the concentrated brine. Special software can be used to calculate the fouling index and the best system recovery rate or according to the test to determine, dose prediction and recommend preparation.
SDBQ-101 (only) can be diluted with RO produced water and shall comply with the following requirements:
(1) the application of RO water dilution.
(2) reconfigure the scale inhibitor solution every 3 to 5 days.
(3) Before re-adding the liquid medicine, check the daily dosage storage container of scale inhibitor. If necessary, clean this storage container before adding more.
(4) A dilution ratio of 30 times is usually used. If a dilution ratio higher than 100 times is required, special attention should be paid to the state of the scale inhibitor storage container (cleanliness), and the solution should be reconfigured every 1 to 3 days.
Packaging and storage
Plastic drum packaging, 25kg per barrel or according to user needs to determine. Store in a cool indoor place for 12 months.
Safety protection
This product is alkaline, should avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing, once splashed on the body, should immediately rinse with plenty of water.
